Dear Paden School Community,

We would like to make a correction regarding last Friday night’s basketball games.

After carefully reviewing the NFHS game recording, we can confirm that Brooklyn Cheatwood did reach her 1,000-point career milestone during the fourth quarter of that game. That same evening, Bryce Kader also scored his 1,000th career point.

We sincerely apologize for the oversight regarding Brooklyn’s total points and want to ensure proper recognition for both of these outstanding student-athletes.
We will officially recognize and congratulate Brooklyn Cheatwood and Bryce Kader at 5:30 PM on Friday night, February 13th, prior to the start of the game. Because this is a district playoff matchup, no additional activities are permitted during the game itself, so the recognition will take place beforehand.
Thank you for your understanding, and congratulations once again to Brooklyn and Bryce on achieving this incredible milestone during their 2025–2026 regular season!
